The airport shuttle service was excellent, even late in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was good and there was a variety of options available. The location was convenient, close to shops and just a short drive to Niagara Falls.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and conveniently located near Niagara Falls. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at check-in and the housekeeping staff. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We were impressed with the breakfast available early in the morning, perfect for our early flight. Additionally, it was great to be able to leave our car at the hotel parking lot while we were away.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was right across the street from the airport, yet surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rebecca and Jeanette. The breakfast provided was a great way to start the day, with plenty of delicious options.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the airport, making it easy for me to catch my early flight out of Buffalo. The free shuttle service was a huge plus, as I was able to use it multiple times during my stay. The staff were friendly and available, and they quickly attended to any issues that arose.

We had a decent stay considering the price paid. The sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's bar/restaurant offered excellent service and reasonable prices. We were also impressed by the hotel staff's kindness and understanding during a three-day unexpected stay due to a snowstorm. The hotel's location close to the airport was convenient, with a free shuttle bus service available. The shuttle driver even went the extra mile by taking us to a grocery store and waiting for us. we had a positive experience with the hotel's staff, comfortable beds, and convenient location near the airport.
