We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even giving us a complimentary room upgrade for our group of five. They adjusted the breakfast time to accommodate our early morning schedule, which was a big help. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, with a pleasant smell. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the separate room in the suite was perfect for our children to nap. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and one staff member even turned on cartoons for our grandchildren during breakfast. The location was great, with Martha's ice cream right across the street and attractions like the Great Escape within walking distance.

The hotel is close to everything we wanted to see, conveniently located near The Great Escape. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were superb. The parking was hassle-free and transportation options were easily accessible. The staff, especially Nathan, Bre, and Sydney, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options and was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with directions to local shopping areas. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the heated pool, which was warmer than expected, and the perfect hot tub. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs with easy highway access. Additionally, it was within walking distance to Six Flags Great Escape. The breakfast, although not as varied as we anticipated, was sufficient and included a waffle machine.

The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and hot tub, were a definite highlight. We also appreciated the convenient location, being right across the street from an amusement park and only a short drive to the mountains. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.
