Convenient location near SUNY Albany and a variety of dining options. Close to area malls and businesses, making it perfect for my doctor's appointment. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the facility, and the hotel provided toiletries upon request.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient to the area malls and businesses, especially SUNY Albany and the colleges. It was great to have a computer terminal and a printer next to the front desk, making it easy to take care of any work I needed to do. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with clean sheets and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel facilities were basic but had everything we needed, including a fridge and microwave. The location was convenient, with a McDonald's nearby for breakfast and the Crossgates Mall within walking distance. Plus, there was a restaurant and a bar just a short walk away. Additionally, being right across the street from SUNY Albany was a bonus. The staff, especially the front desk agent, were friendly and accommodating, showing genuine care and concern for all guests.
