We had a fantastic stay at this cute and quaint hotel. Once inside the room, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort. The hotel facilities were great, with a heated pool and beautiful, landscaped outdoor areas. The staff, especially Denise at the front desk, were super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had plentiful parking and transportation was convenient.
Not obvious to find, but worth the effort.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed right from the start. They even offered me a hot beverage as soon as I arrived. The room was impressively clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and a microwave. It was also wonderfully quiet, allowing me to relax and unwind. The hotel grounds were stunning, with beautiful flowers and comfortable seating areas for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants within walking distance. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

The hotel had friendly staff who provided helpful information and suggestions, including maps and ideas for rainy day excursions. The location was convenient, being centrally located between Southampton and Hampton Bay, near the winery we wanted to visit. The cleanliness of the newly renovated room was impressive, and the heated pool was a hit with my eight-year-old. Additionally, the hotel offered plenty of parking and provided free passes to the nearby beach.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
