We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and design of the hotel, both in the rooms and lobby, were excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the soundproofing, as we heard nothing from the nearby expressway. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to accommodate dietary needs. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to the original location of Duffs for the best chicken wings ever and offered easy access to the airport and the local mall. This has become our new go-to hotel whenever we visit this area.

We had a splendid stay at this hotel. The clean and crisp styling, along with the comfortable bed and lovely view of the creek, made for a fantastic experience. The hotel facilities were great, with a fridge and tea/coffee maker in the room. The staff were wonderful and responsive, going above and beyond by retrieving my forgotten charger. Breakfast was plentiful and offered the usual spread for Hyatt Place hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great selection even when I had it at 8am each day. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the knowledgeable front desk staff. The hotel's design and comfort, both in the room and lobby, were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable for my family of four.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my three-day weekend in the Buffalo area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of high-quality food, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, exercise equipment, and outdoor fire, were all modern and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location in downtown Buffalo made it easy to explore nearby attractions such as The Original Pancake House, Jazzboline, The Irishman, Duff's Wings, and Tops grocery store. I was impressed with the excellent service and facilities provided by this hotel.
