During my stay at the hotel, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the check-in process a breeze. The room I stayed in was not only clean but also a good size for the price. I was also impressed by the hotel's location, as it was conveniently situated for my trip to Hampton, NY, which was fully booked. Additionally, the bar by the lobby served excellent Mai tais, which were a delightful treat.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hauppauge. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The spacious rooms provided all the comfort I needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were beyond exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to the smallest details. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient parking and transportation options, making it easy to get around.

In the evening, I noticed that one of the front desk staff members did not have his mask properly covering his nose. It would have been better if he had followed the proper mask-wearing guidelines for everyone's safety.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was accommodating, providing us with a pull-out bed and extra pillows/blankets. The beds were extremely comfortable, which was much appreciated after a long day of dancing at The Royal Dance Competition. The gym was nice, and the indoor pool was awesome. The hotel's lobby was beautiful, and they had Starbucks coffee available. The breakfast was worth the extra money, with both a buffet and a menu option. The staff was incredibly helpful, even when we accidentally demagnetized our key card. our family enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to dislike.
