The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to the Roosevelt Mall and a variety of dining options nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding, with a fresh and modern look. The hotel facilities are great, including a nice continental breakfast with excellent coffee. The staff work well together, providing excellent customer service.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent - close to Meadowbrook Parkway and not far from Northern State Pkwy. We were attending a lacrosse tournament, and the venue was conveniently nearby. The hotel provided a shuttle service that took us to the train station and anywhere within a 3-mile radius, which was very convenient for us. Additionally, the hotel was close to Hofstra University, perfect for dropping off or visiting a student. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh bagels, fruit, and muffins available until 10am. The staff was very nice and accommodating throughout our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out my luggage. The hotel had great facilities, including a new fridge, coffee maker, and a nice office chair. The shower was clean and had a new shower curtain, and the towels smelled fresh. The hotel staff was generous and tried their best to make my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the effort of the housekeeping staff. The hotel had a clean and well-lit stairwell, which I had to use because the elevator was broken. It was great to have lemon and other infused water available for guests. The hotel also had a pet-friendly policy and provided pet waste disposal facilities. The gym was clean and had new equipment, and there were conference rooms available for business needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The beds were firm and great for my husband's bad back. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet, especially Colleen on the front desk. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of hot food options. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to transportation to New York City. We also enjoyed some great eats in the area, like the Cuban restaurant which had amazing food and a fun atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with large outdoor covered seating areas and a great mall nearby.

This made it easy for us to access everything we needed, including local shopping centers, restaurants, and even attractions like a large shopping mall.
