The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was convenient, with transportation options nearby and overall great views. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff here went above and beyond, offering extra amenities without even being asked. The room was spacious, with a remarkably comfortable bed, and the views from the top floor corner room were truly spectacular. Additionally, the location of the hotel, just off the United Nations HQ and a few blocks from Times Square, was perfect. Plus, being in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance to Times Square, made it even better.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just a short walk from Grand Central Terminal and the subway. There are also plenty of coffee shops and cafes nearby for breakfast. It's also conveniently close to Fifth Avenue, Times Square, Central Park, Grand Station, the Chrysler Building and the United Nations. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who had a genuine New York accent. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city, including the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by the spotless condition of my room. The views from my room on the 34th floor were simply breathtaking, providing a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic as it was close to Grand Central Station, making it convenient for me to explore the city using the subway. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we had a great view of the East River and Midtown skyline. The air conditioning in the room was superb, allowing us to easily program the temperature to our liking. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the small makeup mirrors in the bathroom made getting ready in the morning a breeze. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was only a 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and in close proximity to Fifth Avenue, Central Park, and Grand Central Station.
