We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable, and we were able to easily contact the hotel using the courtesy phone at the airport. The free shuttle came quickly, and the driver and reception staff were very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the discount given to us for any inconvenience caused by the initial room assignment. The breakfast was quite expansive, which was a pleasant surprise.

The bed was comfy, pillows fluffy, and staff friendly. Always hot coffee in the lobby. Convenient location close to the airport and near the Walden Galleria area. Breakfast included and had a wide variety of options.
Nothing to fault.
Literally opposite the airport, so close to everything including New Era Field. In the morning, take the shuttle to the airport. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Couldn't stay longer, wish I could have explored more.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a fine bathroom. The hotel's proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient, and the airport shuttle service worked perfectly, running every 30 minutes. We also appreciated that the hotel stored our luggage after check-out. Additionally, we found it easy to explore the area, as the hotel is located close to many attractions and offers easy access to transportation options. The hot breakfast provided was well-organized, and the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Can't fault the property in any way.
