I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing - within walking distance of everything and especially the naturally beautiful Niagara Falls. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great breakfast buffet served on real plates and with real silverware. Parking was a breeze, with valet service that was easy and fast. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
All was perfect.

Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean and cozy, with a fireplace and comfortable robes and slippers. Location to American Falls: The hotel is close to the falls, making it easy to walk to the sights. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good variety of freshly prepared hot food. Staff: The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Bryan.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was delivered to my room each morning. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city. It was only a 5-minute walk to the falls and a short distance to the aquarium. There were also plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops within a 10-minute walk. The hotel had a wonderful sky view lounge on the 19th floor, where I enjoyed breathtaking views. The room was spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi that I absolutely loved. The staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
