We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and the accommodations were very comfortable. We especially loved the convenient location, within easy walking distance of the downtown area and local arts and culture destinations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. this was the best hotel experience we've had in a long time and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The junior suite we stayed in was incredibly comfortable and perfect for celebrating my daughter's birthday. The view from the room was breathtaking and added to our overall enjoyment. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated for downtown events at the Key Center Arena, making it easy for us to attend concerts and shows. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

I had a fantastic stay on the 9th floor with a great view. The hotel's location was perfect, as I was able to easily walk to nearby attractions and catch the train to explore farther areas. The staff was incredibly friendly, from the valet to the front desk service to our housekeeper. I highly recommend this hotel for its downtown experience.

The lobby and breakfast area were very nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location in downtown Buffalo, just outside the front door, made it convenient to access various places in the city for business travel. The staff at the hotel, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were friendly, kind, and helpful.
Rooms were dated but clean.
Beds and pillows could use replacing.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were brilliant - very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had great variety and excellent value, and we were even charged for only one breakfast on both mornings. The free shuttle bus was very handy, especially when it was raining, and it also provided transportation to local bars and restaurants. Additionally, there was a shuttle bus available to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, the ballpark, and within walking distance to Canalside and the shore trail along Lake Erie which is beautiful.
