We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the gym, were well maintained and had new equipment. Parking was convenient with a dedicated area behind the hotel. The location was excellent, close to Upstate Medical University Hospital, Destiny USA, and a variety of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-decorated rooms filled with lots of natural light. The hotel facilities were great, with complementary coffee and water available at the reception. The location was perfect, as it was close to downtown restaurants and within walking distance to Phoebe's. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and responsive to any concerns.
There was nothing I didn't like.
