I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and free, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel, surrounded by Buffalo's city-scape photographic artwork, was truly unique and added a special touch to my stay. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to assist with any requests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The building itself is really impressive, with its beautifully restored and architecturally significant design. The location is perfect, just minutes away from three terrific museums and in a lovely area. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with plenty of art, lots of natural light, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The staff were amazing, especially the brilliant woman at the front desk. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant was delicious too!

I absolutely loved the tall windows and high ceilings in this gorgeously-restored Buffalo landmark. The hotel's esthetics, with Buffalo's city-scape photographic artwork, were top-notch. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was directly across from the campus of Buffalo State University and close to three quite close terrific museums.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The stunning views from our suite window were just breathtaking. The historic structure of the room added a unique and outstanding touch to our experience. Exploring the hotel was like stepping back in time while still enjoying modern amenities. Every corner we turned, we were wowed by the incredible architecture and the way the new hotel seamlessly adapted to the historic building. The hotel's location was perfect - secluded from the city yet right inside it, with easy access to Elmwood Street where there were plenty of eating places and shops. The high ceilings and wide halls made the hotel feel spacious and grand, even in our low sq ft room. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We also loved the fact that the hotel featured various artists' works throughout, making it feel like we were staying in an art museum.
